Phil Pawelcyzk, an experienced IT professional, began his journey in information technology with a strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit. This early passion for computing would lay the foundation for a diverse career with Vancord.
He began by exploring various computing systems from Apple, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, and early Linux distributions. Combining his IT experience with construction knowledge, he cofounded a successful Commercial Construction Management firm, leveraging cutting-edge estimating and construction management software. For years, he guided this company to success in the local, state, and private construction sectors.
In the year 2000, Phil transitioned to a career in IT, sold his share in the construction firm and joined an MSP in Farmington, CT, specializing in clients with large creative departments in insurance and marketing. After advancing to a senior support role, Phil founded his consulting firm, Core Support LLC, serving marketing agencies, private schools, retail and architectural firms for 17 years, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.
In 2020, an opportunity arose for Phil to join Vancord. As a Solution Architect and a member of the Vancord Project team, he brings his wealth of experience to the table. Many of his former Core Support clients appreciated Vancord’s quality of service and made the transition to join the Vancord family.
